Customer Care
As the nature of the sketches and works offered on the site in some of them may be creases, stains or the corners/edges might not be in perfect condition. This is not a fault, this is part of the piece’s life.
Each item is handmade, colours may vary. Goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery providing that they are in the perfect condition that they were delivered in. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. If you have decided to cancel your order, or wish to return your goods to us, we will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. The majority of goods are dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of order.

GENERAL INFO AND CARE
We have gone to great lengths to ensure you receive your artwork in perfect condition. Artworks are delicate, and it is strongly recommended that excessive handling of the artwork is avoided. When framing artwork we recommend this is arranged as soon after delivery as possible and urge you to use a UV protective glass to avoid fading. As with all artworks, it is best to avoid hanging above sources of direct heat, in direct sunlight or in damp and humid environments.

There may also be slight colour differences between items as viewed on the site and the actual print colours, which are caused by the variations in computer screen quality representation of our items, BTW-BeforeTheWalls does not accept responsibility for such discrepancies.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
- ORDERING AND PAYMENT:
1.1 BTW-BeforeTheWalls only accepts payment Pay Pal.
1.2 All payments must be in £UK Pounds Sterling. The exchange rate that will apply is determined by Pay Pal and or your bank.
1.3 All payments are handled securely by PayPal. You agree to accept the terms and conditions imposed by PayPal for which please see www.paypal.com. Payment will be debited from your card before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, PayPal will email you an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide. BTW-BeforeTheWalls will then also send you an email confirming your order and that the payment has been received by us. Please keep both of these emails for your records. BTW-BeforeTheWalls does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by PayPal.
1.4 Price and availability are subject to change without notice.
Delivery costs will vary depending on where you are in the world and the size and weight of your item. Delivery costs are shown in the shopping cart area.
1.5 We will begin supplying the goods you have ordered to you once you have placed an order and we have received payment in cleared funds. You will have the right to cancel any order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or any equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction for any reason provided that you do so within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and must be sent to us by email to aloha@beforethewalls.com
1.6 We use all reasonable efforts to ensure that our website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
In the case of an ordered item becoming out of stock, items will be allocated on a time-ordered basis and a full refund offered to all excess orders.
1.7 In the event that an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such item listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If your card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue you a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
DELIVERY
- DISPATCH AND DELIVERY:
2.1 PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 21 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. We will email you to notify you once your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to deliver your order within 21 days we will contact you to advise you of this. You will then have three options: to cancel the order and receive a full refund; to agree a substitution of the goods you ordered; or to accept a later delivery date.
2.2 We make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition and all works are sent on a guaranteed priority service or 1st class post unless otherwise specified. If your order hasn’t arrived don’t hesitate to contact us. We can track & trace your package.
2.3 *IMPORTANT – CUSTOMS & DUTY*
Please note that all shipments to OUTSIDE the EU (European Union) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You agree to indemnify us in full in respect of any such duties and taxes.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:
3.1 In the event that any items are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via email or by telephone.
3.2 In the case of items received damaged or faulty please retain the items and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may ask you to return the damaged or faulty goods to us straight away. Upon receipt of the goods by us if they are damaged or faulty they will be either exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the items. In either case we will reimburse you the cost of returning the faulty or damaged goods and we will pay the cost of delivering any replacement item to you.
In all other cases you have the right of cancellation referred to in clause 1.6 above. We will refund the monies to you (including delivery charges) as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation notice. If you do not send notice of cancellation within the required time limit a refund will thereafter only be given strictly at the discretion of BTW-BeforeTheWalls. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer but will be refunded if items are faulty. If you fail to return the goods following a valid cancellation of your contract with us then we have the right to deduct the cost of us recovering the item(s) from you out of any refund that may be due to you.
You are required to keep the item(s) in good condition. All returned items must be in a good saleable condition so should be covered by some form of postal/delivery insurance. BTW-BeforeTheWalls accepts no responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit to us.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all the orders will be sent from London E9 6RG, United Kingdom, and notices to you will be sent to the email address that you provide to us during the ordering process (receipt is deemed 24 hours after an email is sent, unless we receive notice that the email address is invalid).
APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND MISCELLANEOUS

8.1 These Terms & Conditions of use shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or other matters arising there from. For the exclusive benefit of BTW-BeforeTheWalls, it shall retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country of residence of any user of the website.
8.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
8.3 These terms are not intended to confer any benefit on a third party under the provision of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
8.4 The failure of BTW-BeforeTheWalls to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
